Admitted to the Indiana bar, 1992, and admitted before the Indiana Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Active in Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Bob has lectured on current techniques and the importance of proper selection of jurors in injury cases. Bob is very active in the American Association for Justice regularly attending the Annual National Convention and other specialty seminars like catastrophically injured infants, birth cases, jury selection, products liability, medical negligence, and automobile and trucking cases. After working at law firms, Bob started his own firm in 1998 and has personally represented injured clients for the past 10 years. Bob has represented numerous clients, including representing clients on cases in Michigan, Tennessee, and Nevada. Bob has also assisted out of state injury law firms in their prosecution of cases against General Motors and United Airlines.
